Description

Built for distance and steady travel

The Esker Woodland Snowshoe follows a classic traditional snowshoe design, rooted in the Woodland-Wendat history of eastern Canada.

Its long, tapered tail helps maintain a straight path, creating an efficient stride for covering distance. Well suited for open forest, frozen lakes, and flat terrain, it moves quietly and consistently through soft snow.

Crafted with a flexible wood frame and hand-woven rawhide, these wooden snowshoes provide dependable flotation and natural movement in winter conditions. Free from rigid plastics, they perform reliably in extreme cold and can be repaired and maintained for years of use.

Paired with leather bindings that shape to your boot, they offer a secure, time-tested fit for long days in the backcountry.
