Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Esker Outdoors.

Orders are fulfilled by our distributor, Young & MacKenzie, from our warehouse in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed. All orders are shipped using trackable methods, and tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Canadian Orders

Orders shipped within Canada will ship via Canada Post or Purolator Ground, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

Applicable Canadian taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING is available on Canadian orders over $150 CAD.

Shipping surcharges may apply to oversized orders or orders shipping to remote communities.

International Orders

International orders are shipped from Canada and do not qualify for free shipping

Prices displayed on our international and EUR websites are exclusive of VAT, import duties, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees and other taxes or fees that may be imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Canadian sales tax is not charged on eligible orders shipped outside Canada.

International orders may be subject to VAT or other local taxes, import duties, tariffs, customs processing charges, brokerage fees and other fees upon importation or delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Esker Outdoors and are the responsibility of the recipient/customer.

The customer is responsible for complying with the import requirements of the destination country and for paying all applicable taxes, duties and fees required for the shipment to be released and delivered.

The amount of these charges is determined by the destination country's customs and tax authorities and is outside the control of Esker Outdoors. We recommend contacting your local customs or tax authority before ordering if you require information about potential import costs.

Please note: Displaying product prices in EUR or another local currency does not mean that VAT, duties or other import charges are included in the displayed price. Unless specifically stated otherwise, international prices are shown exclusive of these charges.

International Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated separately and will be applied to the order. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to oversized shipments or deliveries to remote locations.

Esker Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other import procedures in the destination country.
